Return Policy – MasterDispensary.com

Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. Please contact hi@masterdispensary.com immediately if you need to cancel before shipping. If your order has shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for unsatisfactory purchases. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued minus:

  • Restocking Fee: 15%

  • Shipping Costs: Initial shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund processing may take 5-14 business days.

Return Refusals

Returns will be declined in the following cases:

  • Item not purchased directly from MasterDispensary.com.

  • Missing label or defaced item.

  • No proof of purchase or valid ID.

  • Sale or promotional items.

  • Items that are wet, dirty, or contaminated.

  • Item is used, opened, or tampered with.

  • The return is due to courier delivery issues.

  • Personalized or custom items, unless defective.
