US SHIPPING

We ship to most of the 48 contiguous states* in the US. Orders are shipped by 2 business day express shipping ($14.99) or Standard Shipping ($8.99). Discreet Package Always.

 

Once your package has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email associated with your order. Please also note that your shipping time estimate begins AFTER your order has shipped out of our warehouse.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT? 

We usually process and ship orders the same business day. All orders placed before 4 pm EST during hours of operation (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 4 pm EST, your order will be shipped the following business day. THIS TIMEFRAME MAYBE CHANGE DURING BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY AND CHRISTMAS. EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS DURING THESE HOLIDAYS. 

The given shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, backorders, or general postal service performance issues. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to hi@masterdispensary.com . You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.

RETURN POLICY

We do have a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 natural days in new condition, and we will refund (shipping cost is NOT refundable, the customer must pay a 15% restock fee, and the shipping cost to return the order), replace or exchange it for you. To protect all our customers and ensure that every return or exchange is handled fairly, we may require a receipt or decline a return in these situations:

  • Products have been opened or used
  • The he product is on sale or promotion
  • Item is missing a label or has been defaced.
  • Item is wet, dirty or contaminated, or until it has been cleaned.
  • Item has been lost, stolen, damaged, or misused.
  • The reason for the return is that the courier company changed the delivery date.
  • Multiple returns of the same item.

 

* We cannot ship orders to the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington.
